측정 방식 

광학 방식인 분광계를 이용하여 박막의 두께를 측정합니다. 비접촉식 두께 측정기 입니다.

 

측정 재료

투명한 필름, 패턴 없는 PR, ITO, SIO2, Polymide, Cell gaps, TCO, CIGS, Cds, CdTe, Oxides, Nitride 재료의 두께를 측정합니다.
